Wedding Package - Saturday Events Only

$4800 (12 hours total - including setup, event, and cleanup time by couple from 11am - 11pm)

  • Includes use of the 3200 square foot barn facility, concrete patio area, bridal suite area, use of the new grain bin bar which doubles as the grooms suite and vendor staging area including electric throughout the facility for the event. Includes round tables for up to 150 guests, champagne colored Chiavari chairs for up to 150 guests for indoor reception use only, 150 white folding chairs for the outdoor ceremony area. Also includes the use of four 8-foot tables and five high top tables. We include white floor length linens for the seventeen round tables at no additional charge. Linens for the 8-foot tables and high top tables are not provided.

  • Use of the gazebo or field area with an archway for a ceremony and white folding chairs for up to 150 guests. Archway from Lost and Found Vintage Rentals. Three options available.

  • Rental credit of $500 from Lost and Found Vintage Rentals to be used for an arch, couch or additional décor to suit your style.

  • Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, Mr & Mrs Cornhole games all included.

  • Vintage-inspired popcorn machine included.

  • Portable restroom trailer with two stalls as well as the dedicated space and electric for it.

  • Use of the property the day of the event from 11am – 11pm.

  • Use of the property for a one-hour engagement session including a sofa of your choice from Lost and Found Vintage Rentals.

  • A Honey Farm attendant on site at all times managing guest questions, helping with cleanup and trash removal.

  • Vendor deliveries permitted the day before the event and pickup within 48 hours of event.

  • Two parking attendants and use of our private parking areas. 

  • Use of our six trashcans with liners as well as our large industrial dumpster.

  • Two one-hour vendor meetings to discuss plans and options for set up prior to the event date.

  • Two hour rehearsal the Friday before the event date.

  • Two hour clean up window the Sunday after the event date.

  • Month of Event Coordination - $1200

  • Additional time added to any of the allotted time - $150 per hour

  • Additional Vendor Meeting - $50 per hour
